Our role
Your health journey deserves clarity.
Travelling for treatment means dealing with unfamiliar hospitals, paperwork and logistics at a time when you'd rather focus on getting well. We exist to make that part calmer and more transparent.
We're a paid, independent service. You pay us for coordination — never for a medical outcome — and treatment is paid directly to the hospital you choose. We're starting with India, with more destinations planned.
Independent facilitator. TreatVero is an independent medical travel facilitator.
Not a hospital. We are not a hospital or medical provider.
No diagnosis or prescriptions. TreatVero does not diagnose patients or prescribe treatment.
Licensed professionals advise. Medical recommendations come from licensed healthcare professionals.
You choose. Patients choose their own hospital and doctor.
Consent first. Medical reports are only shared when necessary, and only with your consent.
No outcome guarantees. We do not guarantee treatment outcomes — and no one should promise you one.
